Having spent more than 15 years in the BPO industry, Bennie wants to fulfill his dream of having his own BPO company. But not an ordinary one. He wants to have a team who can disrupt norms and build new cadence. A team who doesn’t only understand the role but as well as the business itself. A team who will support the clients and their customers genuinely. A team who will feel happy and proud to be part of the company. This is why Cobenn exists today.
Bennie has more than 15 years of experience in BPO industry. He assumed the role of Operations Director in Sykes Asia managing around 500 people. He was also the Country Manager of Atlassian Manila office where he helped build the team from 2 functions with 15 people to 10+ functions with 100 people in a span of 3 years. Now he just wants to have an opportunity to assist more companies to build awesome teams in the Philippines.
